  • Bring Personal Laptop/Ipad in backpack -Optional but helpful!
  • Register for an LDS.org on-line account prior to Youth Conference

2:00 -5:35    Family History Rotations/Activities/Indexing/Stories that Connect/ FH 401
6:00               Dinner – Family Style
7:00               Fireside with Peter Vidmar - Olympic Gold Medalist               
8:00               Refreshments and Conference T-shirt/ wrist band distribution

8:30 pm        Parent Pick-up.  Please be on-time!!

Saturday, June 27th
*Meet at UTA - See map on Website  (Signs will be posted for parking)
  • Casual dress :  Must wear conference T-shirt and wrist band
  • Please arrive by 9:00 a.m.


9:30 am        Welcome and Speakers @ Texas Hall    (Be seated by 9:15)
12:00             Lunch @ MAC
1:00-5:00      Rotations/Activities @ MAC

What to Bring:



  • Smartphone (if you have one and if you have parental permission) – not all participants will need a smartphone
    • Download the app called “BillionGraves” and register for free beforehand
    • Full smartphone battery
    • Charging cords just in case (car and regular type)
    • Extra phone battery if you have one
    • Make space on your smartphone for a lot of pictures
    • Go to familysearch.org/billiongraves for more information on digitizing gravestones
  • Dress:  Wear “Mormon Helping Hands” shirt if you have one.  Otherwise, wear a yellow t-shirt if you have one.  Modest casual work clothes, closed toed shoes.  Hats and sunglasses encouraged.  Knee pads might be nice to have.
  • Wear sunscreen and be ready to work outside in the sun
  • Bring your own water bottle, lunch and water provided
  • Garden clippers and tools to clear grass and debris around gravestones
  • Umbrella to help for lighting with pictures

Maverick Activities Center and Texas Hall at the University of Texas at Arlington
